For orders of 60€ and above all over Greece, the delivery cost is free of charge.
Simply Green dispatches your orders in Greece and Internationally via Express Courier. The delivery costs for orders shipped within Attica – Greece is 3€ and rest of Greece is 3.90€ . In-stock items typically ship within 1 business day of the order placement and will be delivered in 2-3 days depending on the area you are located.
For international orders the shipping cost depends on the country as well as the weight of your order. The delivery time is 3-8 working days depending on the area you are located.
Warehouse processes web orders from Monday morning, until Friday noon. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. You can track your shipment via the Elta courier website and entering your order’s tracking number.
A gift wrap service is also available free of charge for any of our products you wish to offer as a gift, to the address you indicate to us.

Please be mindful of local Holidays as Simply Green is based in Greece. Our shipping carrier Elta Courier is also closed on select days, and the volume of orders received will increase and may extend time in transit.
Important general advice: International deliveries outside the EU may be subject to customs clearance. These charges can include import duty, handling fees, local taxes and other costs. Simply Green is not responsible for these costs or for any delays caused by Customs or other government authorities. Failure to pay these charges will mean that your parcel will be returned to us. Should this happen, your original shipping charges will be forfeited as well as any other associated return costs. If the cost of return is greater than the value of the order then the whole cost of the order will be forfeited.
