Amalaki is a medium-sized deciduous tree with gray bark and reddish wood and grows well in a variety of agro-climatic and soil conditions. The tree grows in lowland and submontane regions throughout India and the Asian continent. The fruit is an important source of vitamin C, minerals and amino acids. The edible fruit contains three times more protein and vitamin C (ascorbic acid) than the apple, while it contains the highest content of vitamin C of any other natural substance.

Each capsule contains 250mg of Amalaki herb extract
Instructions for use
1 capsule 2 times a day after meals.
