Himalaya Triphala is a formulation of 3 Ayurvedic fruits (haritaki, amalaki and bibhitaki), which are dried, powdered and used in equal proportions to make the formula. In the Ayurvedic tradition, it is such a well-known combination that it is also used as a single ingredient.

Instructions for use: Consume 1 capsule 2 times daily after a meal.
