COMPONENTS
High purity fish oil from offshore fish, soft capsule (fish gelatin, water, glycerol, lemon essential oil), natural vitamin E (tocopherol mixture).
Mercury, lead, insecticides, herbicides, dioxins and other environmental contaminants found in fish have been removed with an environmentally friendly treatment. A protective antioxidant in the form of natural vitamin E has been added.
- One soft capsule contains at least 590mg EPA and 130mg DHA.
HOW TO USE
It is used as a dietary supplement for teenagers and adults. One (1) soft capsule per day, preferably with a meal. In addition to swallowing, the capsule can be chewed or preserved and its contents mixed with food (eg fruit juice, yogurt, etc.) or given as directed by your doctor.

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use it as a supplement to a balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Store in a place away from the sun. It is not stored in the refrigerator.
